Does anyone know any good recording software that I can download? It's got to record at very good quality and multi tracking would be great although not totally neccessary.

N-track studio is damn good, i got a cracked version. Its got everything you need.

Heheh, Audacity is good if you want something free...you could go buy the Line 6 TonePort, that comes with some pretty good software, including the fact that the tone port is really good hardware...but it's like 129 US dollars, so it's not an option if you don't have a job or the cash to get it, though judging by your gear, that isn't an issue for you :-) At least not too big of an issue;
