hey guys , i recently bought an ltd f-50 . evrything seems fine except sometimes when i play it the whole guitar has static on it. from the strings 2 the metal on d fretboard..any tips anyone ? thanks a bunch guys

i dont think you can help that... ltd F-50 is the low end model and isnt going to sound one in a million...

sounds goes well as far as my amp can take it

check your grounding

dont play in front of crt monitors or when its on, stay away from TVs/electrical appliance/flourecent light

I'm not about to advise you on this yet, because I'm only just starting my strat project myself, but I think grounding and shielding would be useful mods for you. Check out the stickies in the "Gear Building and Customisation" forum. I've learned a lot there in the last few days.
