I just put up The Wind Cries Mary on dMusic. This version is heavily influenced by John Mayer. I tuned down a half step and played in the key of E instead of F. It's probably my favorite song to play. Hope you enjoy.

Hey there,
Personally I would prefer it if the notes rang out but thats just preference. I liked the intro, really brought back Hendrix for me. I like your rythm and your tone so don't change that one bit.

The only things I didn't like were that the notes didnt ring out, and there wasn't any accompaniment (which you could get a band to fix and play live of course) but other than that I really enjoyed it. Good job.

Could you Crit Mine please?

I'd suggest getting a backing track from www.guitarbt.com, should make it a lot easier and sound better.

Nice job,

I wouldn't say i like that version as much but none the less good job and way to be creative with it. I did really like your tone a lot.

Heres mine not as good as your version but... https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=512129
