lately my guitar has been acting up so i went into it to see if i could find out what was wrong. What i found was that there is a white wire coming off of the neck pickups tone knob that isnt connected to anything
also the neck humbuckers tone knob seems like its not connected anymore as in then i turn it im turning the entire pot so nothings happening so how would i get this to stay in place again?

what should i do about these two issues?
i have very little experience with wiring

soldering the wires back on to the corresponding pots/ that white wire might be a ground whire which goes to the bridge

get it done professionally. don't take the risk of screwing things up more. should only be around 30 bucks to do.
