B5 - B, F#

F# - F# A# C#

C#m - C# E G#

Em - E G B

So you have the notes A# B C# E F# G#, as well as a G natural in the Em. To me, it sounds like it's centered around the key of B, if the E in the Em resolved to an F# and the G in Em resolved to the F#.

If you make C#m into C#dim it'll fit E Dorian even better. And F# to F#m. That'll be a nice safe progression.
