okay let me just give you some info. i have a Vox AD30VT and Jackson Dinky XL Professional. as you can tell by my sig. i want a tube amp with versatility. here are a couple that i have tried and i dont like so just dont name them: Peavey Valveking, no more Vox's, a few marshalls. i just need hel finding a good tube amp. dont worry about price.

i play bluesy heavier rock. (if that makes any sense.) i incorporate EVH, SRV, RHCP, in my style.

it sounds good with a signal booster or a light overdrive to push it into distortion

There is a new marshall coming out at NAMM called the vintage modern. Maybe that would give you a Vintage clean and blues tone and then the modern for crunchy van halen tone?
Happy Hunting!

Very different from Rectos, definitely more suited for what youre playing. Check out those and the Lone Star from Mesa as well
