ok, I am a leftie playing a right handed guitar, so naturally my picking hand is not that quick. Any ideas to how to build up the muscles in my wrist to be quicker?

just keep playing and do like arpeggios and practice alternate picking
really the only things u can do for gettin faster are play more and find exercises that build up that speed but i would say get ur cooridnation down first make sure ur left and right hand can play in sync
