Get a bass clef real book full of all the standards, but you need to be able to read notation.

http://www.amazon.com/Real-Book-Bass-Clef-Sixth/dp/0634060767/sr=8-3/qid=1170276678/ref=sr_1_3/105-2204674-6625230?ie=UTF8&s=books

Hal Leonard has jazz books broken down by artists and it includes standard notation in bass clef with the chord charts. If you are looking for a specific artist their good.

Also, if you have a specific type of jazz in mind, you may want to check out www.jazzbooks.com, as well.

The real book is the ideal, but it can be a big financial hit if you are short on budget.

Anything with tabulature is going to be hard to find for jazz.
