So, I was watching TV, and a bunch of people where talking to musicians, saying "Oh yes, did you know that Mike McCready from pearl jam listens to your music, and loves it?". Well that got me thinkin, If I ever became really rich and famous for selling music cd's and playing shows, What band/singer/Artist would I cream my pants over if I found they loved my music, And i thought Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam's front man).

Who would you love to hear your music and like it?

All of my faves. Mostly David Gilmour, Jimmy Page, Opeth, etc. People I look up to a lot.

Jimmy Page, Jack White and/or Axl Rose.
Duke Ellington - If it sounds good, it is good.

I don't really care much for the approval of any of the bands I really like...

Though it would be cool if Shirley Manson liked my music
#9
Angus Young. i may pass out if he told me one day "dude i love your guitar playing"

it would suck if your favourite band hated your music

If Axl Rose told me he liked my music, I wouldn't know whether to be scared or flattered. I like GNR and all, but he's a little crazy.

But for me it would be Thom Yorke, Beck, Colin Meloy, Dave Grohl, John Legend.

Satch, Vai or Petrucci. I would explode
This one time I went to fuck my girlfriend, but I forgot it was April Fool's day. Well, I stuck my penis in, and it turns out she had put hot sauce in her pussy. The rest of the night was pretty bad.

Another interesting thing is if a band you HATED loved your music, and made a story.

Say N*Sync loved you music, and they said, "Yea, reminds us of what we tried to do on *insert song/album".

You might actually want to question your musical prowess.

It'd be pretty cool if NOFX liked my music. It'd also be pretty cool if Tom Morrello dug my music. Angus Young or Billy Gibbons too, but I know Angus wouldnt like it. Billy might though, hell, he was on a Nickelback album.

Hell, approval from Maynard would be pretty cool...
