You won't have much of a choice with the overheads. First I would try just to use less mics. You can still get a pretty good recording with two overheads and a kick mic. If not, you can get mic clips that clip to the rims for the toms and snare.

For overheads you can tie them to the ceiling or hang the cord over something stable and let them drape down over the drums. For other drums, use clamps lke Mr. Songwriter said.

Duct tape worked fine when I didn't have the cash for stands.
