umm ima noob adam jones isnt in APC. maynard is adam jones is in a band called Peach and the bass play justin chancoller is in another band called pigmye love circus. i personally love all 3 of the other bands especially A Perfect Circle. Other people with other bands have no desire to do nothing while taking a break from touring or recording. i personally play in 3 different bands all with a metal background but all sort of different. its like joey from slipknot he is always busy. i know him personally, he is playing with Ministry on this tour, hes played with satryicon, and had the murderdolls. every musician has something different that they need to get out. why i kept ranting i dont know so have a good day to all of those that read this.

you're both retarded.

Maynard did vocals in APC, and does so in Tool.
Justin Chancellor was in a band called Peach, and now he plays bass in Tool.
Danny Carey drums for Tool, and also plays/played with Pygmy Love Circus, ZAUM, and VOLTO!, amongst others.

tom morello, wasn't in audioslave and RATM at the same time... RATM split up and audioslave was created with all the members of RATM but with chris cornell instead of Zach De La Rocha...

All of Emerson, Lake and Palmer
Mikael Akerfeldt, Martin Lopez, and Per Wiberg from Opeth.
John Petrucci, Jordan Rudess, and Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater.

That's all I can think of right now.

I think it's great. It keeps them busy and allows them to do other types of music. My fave band members have a bunch of side bands I love as well.

Billie Joe Armstrong- Pinhead Gunpowder, The Network
Tre Cool- The Network
Mike Dirnt- The Network, The Frustrators
Cause I love feelin' dirty
And I love feelin' cheap
And I love it when you hurt me

I'm fairly sure he played on an album of theirs.

And I think he produced their newest one too.

I'll check.

EDIT: Hmmm, can't find anything.

Can't remember where I read that either.

Seems he's just a big fan of them
