Hey I had no idea which forum was right for this topic, so I apologize in advance.

Has anybody managed to disable the intro music at the Guitar Pro splash screen? It pisses the hell out of me cause I always have music on in the background and then this horrid little lick starts playing.

I tried deleting the "jingle" file in the 'Demo Files' directory, it didn't help.

Is there any black people on UG?
I don't think a lot of black people play guitar anymore.

andrew12398, thanks a lot, I feel like such an idiot that I didn't notice that

cokesodanotdrug, why should I 'deal with it' if I don't have to? If something was annoying you wouldn't you want to do something about it?

exactly, it only plays for a few moments. If the little thingy played everytime you hit the play button to check your work, then I might get annoyed, but chances are, if you're using guitar pro, you're going to listen to it anyways for reference, so turn off your music when you're using guitar pro.

EDIT: orrr do what ^he (or she) says. that's easier to do than argue with you.

Why do you listen to music when using a midi program like guitar pro? Isn't it hard to hear guitar pro over your music?
