Mia Dyson opened for him. she was an alright singer but her songs sucked ass. when eric clapton came out with 2 other awesome guitarists it was 100000 times better

I saw Eric Clapton and Derek Trucks 2 weeks ago in Shanghai on the 20th.

They were both absolutely amazing.
Eric Clapton for his beautiful songs of course, and Derek Trucks for his incredible soloing.

I went with my guitar teacher... 5th row VIP

But so is Mia Dyson. She kicks arse. How can you say her songs sucked arse?

Anyway, to stay on topic, I will probably working at the Perth Clapton gig as an usher. I hope Mia Dyson supports the Perth show. I'll be looking forward to it. I may also be working at Roger Waters.

She was okay, and not a bad choice at all to open for Clapton, but it's generic stuff. Her songs were fine in a kind of "I think I heard this earlier today on WSFM" kind of way, but there was nothing particularly innovative; especially if you were there for guitar music (with the possible exception of the song she played on the lap steel).
