Hi i just wondered if the cube 60 is big enough for a gig of maybe 200 people or so. there is a battle of the bands comp at my school coming up and i wondered if i would be able to use it on its own or if i needed to connect a few amps or mic it.

60 watts should be enough. I have an 80W amplifier and i never even had the chance to turn it up to half of its capacity when playing with full gain for distortion.

Yea, that should be plenty. And when you play gigs at bar's with PA systems, you'll be more than fine.

However, you won't look impressive enough.
I suggest getting some cardboard boxes and stick like a large image of the front of an amp to it. It will really help you know, to look impressive.

Oh yes, 60 IS enough, and for the cleans, it will have to see, but most like it should do fine.
