Im thinking about buying one but i have one question. What do all of those switches do!? Like for example how would i activate the bridge pickup only?

the switches are like light switches; they go up and down and turn on and off each pickup.

i think...

top:
there are two slides for pickup volume (one for each) and a switch for selecting the two circuits

bottom:
pickup selectors (or something) that change the sound (tone)..,might be something with putting them in or out of phase

i'm pretty sure about the top part...but the bottom...?

My old teacher had a actual vintage jag and when he screwed with the bottom switches his tone certainly got fuller or thinner depending on the settings. I'm not so sure about the top ones but there was the master volume and tone of course like other fenders.
