ok so sometimes when i play my pick just slides over the string when im playing fast and it doent make a note. i have tried small picks and long ones. both do the same thing, whats my problem?

yeha play with the pick about 80 degrees to the strings, thats about where i play cuz i find it lets me strum chords a little easier (and cleaner). i also like using Thin picks for strumming cuz you can feel the pick bend and you can almost get insurance that your hitting every string.

Yeah, I figured no need to keep spamming.


On a serious note threadstarter, just practice slower and hold the pick 80-90 degrees and maybe watch your hand as you go. Then speed it up etc.
