Do you still need to angle the neck if you're going to angle the headstock?

Also, how do you go about angling the neck if you do have to?

what do you mean? why would you angle the neck? i know some reasons, but you need to be more specific. you probably do though.

Headstock angle and neck angle are two totally different things, and are not related. Neck angle is relative to the hardware used, fret height above guitar face, and how the hardware is installed. Headstock angle or not (fender style) is more of a personal preference.
