click HERE for a picture of my bicep..

i went to the gym and starting doing my basic routine. before i left i decided to do one last bicep curls with the irons and my left arm was already dying while my right arm was doing alright. so i gave it my all and lifted with my left arm and i felt something weird. now when i flex my left bicep, the bicep seems furthur away from the forearm and closer to the shoulder area. anyone know wat happened to my bicep??
