yamaha fg700s. definitely.

the washubrn d10s actually went up in price this year to like $239 or so.

give the jasmine by takamines a test drive ive had my es-44c for probably 5yrs now and only recently upgraded to my epiphone masterbilt. think the es-44c is only like $190

Most everyone on these forums that have played a lot of guitars will tell you the same thing. In that price range, Yamaha is the way to go.
