A friend of mine is offering my a Epiphone G-310 for $150. I don't need a new guitar but I would like a beater to take to school or elsewhere when I don't want to travel with my Gibby. Just want to know if I should pull the trigger on this one? The only reason he is selling it is cause he is gonna use the money to buy a G-400. I like the guitar for the most part. Pickups are really raunchy which I like since I have been playing the strat alot recently. I don't think I will be upgrading anything on it except tuners though.

^ Yeah, considering my mate offered me a G400 for about £60, so that's $120.

It's $200 new, so it should be in really good condition for $150.

It's not even 3 months old. He ehhhh. Ok he practices but for how he can play at his early stages he really needs to stfu. I beleive he will be great one day but he needs to practice properly. Not a scratch on it. I could probably get a brand new one for the same price at GC but this way I could help a friend out.

I would love to get my hands on a G-400 to customize and carry around. But whatever.

You guys are right about that. I might as well hold off for a while. I'll think it over tonight.
