Jackson RR5 wins clearly.

Seymour Duncan pickups vs. EMG-HZ's, Seymour Duncan's are just much better.

Neck-thru has better sustain than set necks...

I'm assuming the RR5 is MIJ, and if it is, that's gonna mean it's a better crafted guitar than the Zakk Wylde Epi. (MIK I thinks)

Do you want a questionable Floyd Rose or not?

RR5 doesn't have a floyd rose....

The Epiphone is $400 less, but the only downside is the EMG HZ pickups. Otherwise it's pretty nice with a mahogany body, and the cool paint job.

However the RR5 is neck thru, better pickups, and a thinner neck.

If I were you, I'd swap the HZ's for an active EMG 81/60 set. That would be a great guitar.
