I couldnt find one, so i started one! What do you think of them? I think they're really cool and they're one of the only few emo bands i listen to. Actually the only one apart from funeral for a friend...
#2
Actually they recently split up. Not over anything in particular, they just mutually decided to.

But gawd I loved that band. It was one of the first bands to get me into music, as sad as that sounds. What it is to Burn and Miro happen to be two of my all-time favorite songs.

Yeah, I on't know about you, but I want to see a reunion!

In my oppinion they suck, but that is just my oppinion, give me some Children of Bodom, InFlames, DevilDriver anyday :d

If it has a good body, a nice long neck and 6 strings i'd hit it like Ron Jeremy on viagra.

What It Is to Burn is a great album.

There newest one was absolutely terrible though.

I listened to them in like 6th grade, and I recently re-came across their CD and listened to it. 5 years later, I still really enjoy it.

i loved what it is to burn 4 years ago. I listened to it recently and it was the worst thing I've ever heard. The screaming is ridiculous.

I love the screaming...

Say Hello To Sunshine > What It Is To Burn

Both are fantastic records, but if I had to live with just one, it'd be Sunshine. I luckily got to see them a few months before they split, ****ing ace show. Finch always will be one of my favorite bands that came out of the whole 00's emo hype movement bologna.

Best songs to me: What It Is To Burn, New Beginnings, Three Simple Words, Ender, Without You Here, Grey Matter, Miro, Ink, Reduced To Teeth, Fireflies, Brother Bleed Brother...yeah.

I love all the songs on What It Is To Burn, but I've not heard anything from the "new" album.

Worms of the Earth is pretty lame, though.
#21
My favorite Finch song is Three Simple Words. I like Perfection Through Silence, New Beginnings, Frail and a few more too...
#23
Isnt their guitarist a part of TSOAF?

And how good was the time they beat up Disturbed? Disturbed are the worst band on the planet... well... 'cept for MCR (I'm old school hating MCR).

Dug out 'What it is to burn' again recently and having had a little break with it, it's a really good album (again).

Why do we feel it's necessary to yak about bullsh*t in order to be comfortable?

That's when you know you found somebody special. When you can just shut the f*ck up for a minute, and comfortably share silence.

I remember the first time I listened to What It Is to Burn, the album.

T'was Sunday or Saturday, around 6 or 7 in the evening, and I was laying in bed just resting, with the album in my cd player and my headphones on. I still remember the first time I heard the "extended ending" to the first track, of which I thought, "wtf?"

I actually didn't hear the title track until months later, since it wasn't on my album.
#34
Did they ever explain why they turned so dark?

They used to be... how can I describe it... idk... their sound used to be so clean and polished, there lyrics were fairly normal... and then when Say Hello To Sunshine came out, it was like a totally different band.

And then the broke up

^ I'm guessing they just didn't want to be labeled as screamo/emo anymore.

I was joking. Not something I'd even remember the year of (although just looking at when it was released would be a simple hint).

I didn't think they were really emo/screamo anyway. I considered them alternative pretty much.

My guess is drugs............!?
