hi im planning putting some new pickups into my jackson-im want a in flames kinda tone and also want to play much melower stuff so i need pickups with a good distinguised gain and lovely , i was looking at some swinesheads,<----- but which ones?

i have a swineshead condor in my neck and warthog in my bridge.. they sound very nice..

i would 100% reccomend them.. check out the sound clips on there website

well, i would def have a good look at swines heads, the xbucker will sound amazing in the bridge and the condor in the neck will be great for cleans, that should sort you out

to be honest the X bucker is terrible. It only sounds nice with UBER gain.. it has no tone atall when low gain or clean.. Try the Warthog or the Venom

I 100% agree with the condor in your neck.

will the warthog do the high gain and mellow stuff? and could i add a emg afterburner too boost the output?

i wouldnt see why not.. my warthog handles high output fine..
