I would go to the careers advisors at my school but they're ****ing useless.

I'm in my final year at secondary school and looking for a part time job that'd have to fit around school. I'm 15 years old and 16 in August, I'm getting pretty good grades at school and I'm lookign for a part time job. Anybody have any idea how I'd go about getting one? And does anybody know if the fact that I'm not due my national insurance number for a few months is going to be a problem?

you'll have difficulty until you're 16. when i was 15 last summer i got a job as a waiter part time, but only because i kind of knew the owner of the place. stacking shelves in a supermarket maybe? you can basically choose what hours you want to work (within reason)
