this can be closed cuz it probably warrants it.

but i'm going to india on tuesday to help orphaned kids + i need some new music to get me through the experience. i don't want friggin' obvious bands which everyone blatently knows.

so ya, i would really appreciate some suggestions.

Facing New York,
Kaddisfly,
Damiera

Not really pop-punk/emo, but they're the only bands I can think that no one else really knows of.

Do you enjoy the blues?

What you're doing is really cool though. How long will you be there?

i'm just going for a few weeks. i'll be in mumbai, then i'll be going to goa for the last couple of days... it'll be the weirdest experience going from the luxury of western society to the slums of india.

edit: mr scruff are from manchester? mannn, i should really get up to date with the scene
