This is just kind of an attack on the "pop-culture" stereotypes and the like from where I live done in the same vein as that last one if anybody can remember "Welcome To Bluefield". I think I'm in the midst of writing a concept album about this culture deprived Applachain retirement commune.

Verse 1
I feel obliged to throw a nation into detox
I am a shotgun to blast open their lock box
Because I’m hooked on codeine and Coca Cola
The cocaine energy drink plus Rock N Roll-a (Hey!)
I’m-ready to spread eagle on America’s flag
And-I’ll wipe my ass with your feminist mag
Designer drugs spread all on the tablecloth
My addictive personality problem not solved (Ahh!)

Chorus
Tell-me what I need to be-come popular
Some high in the sky retro fire

Give-me what I need to be-come popular
A lot-of that old school flavor

I-want what I need to be-come popular
Some melting pathological liar

I-take what I need to be-come popular
Become the big shot T.V. savior

Verse 2
They are torching money in your front yards
The cash is burning; it is not in the cards
Hit list of media bombs made of a Rock star
Spark a match I swear that he will blow far (Boom!)
Upskirts getting outta cars with no panties
I go out on the town singing Irish shanties
Red Bull and Vodka mixed in a Styrofoam cup
Screaming everybody please shut the f*ck up (Ahh!)

Chorus
Tell-me what I need to be-come popular
Some high in the sky retro fire

Give-me what I need to be-come popular
A lot-of that old school flavor

I-want what I need to be-come popular
Some melting pathological liar

I-take what I need to be-come popular
Become the big shot T.V. savior

Bridge
Pretty-little LV girls all in a row
To get away with the body they show
Skin and bones to be in photographs
Eats then gags and everybody laughs

(hysterical laughter + breakdown)

Chorus
Tell-me what I need to be-come popular
Some high in the sky retro fire

Give-me what I need to be-come popular
A lot-of that old school flavor

I-want what I need to be-come popular
Some melting pathological liar

I-take what I need to be-come popular
Become the big shot T.V. savior

(Spoken Outro)
Those that are popular follow the trend, and lack the culture and the significance to start their own trend. In the end, I never want to conform to become popular, the end.
I massacre the guitar but make beautiful music in the process. Grunge lives through me!

with a little revision, zach de la rocha would be proud!
Seems like it could go well rapped over some funky guitar parts. Really good flow. Good work.

My toilet has seen some scenes that one would describe as 'deathcore'

i quite like it. ^^
i'm quite irritated when people just hear ONLY pop music, like ONLY coldplay, robbie williams and ... keane.. and all that crap... (it's my opinion!!) ;P

since i also hate following trends and stuff.. also..

it is a good piece, however, hah.. i agree with Will-eh
