For me, it's Led Zeppelin - How The West Was Won.

In addition to my original vote of the Allman Brothers at the Fillmore East, I must say, the Dead at the Fillmore East is ****ing amazing too. 22 minute Lovelight that climaxes at the end with Pigpen and Bob screaming their heads off its amazing.

Live Shit: Binge and Purge by Metallica, that RHCP live album, and 101 Proof by Pantera are my favorites.
Dickless.

Frank Zappa and the Mother's Of Invention - Roxy and Elsewhere
Ibanez AFS75/Fender Strat Plus > Fulltone Deja' Vibe > Keeley TS808 MOD+ > Fulltone OCD > VanAmps SoleMate > Metro JTM45

The Beatles: Let It Be.

And in case you don't think it's live enough,

The Allman Brothers Band: Live at the Fillmore East.

EDIT: I didn't read all the way through, how cool that the dude above me mentions "Fillmore."
Can't stop the signal.
