So after iv had a night of getting wrecked on alcohol i wake up the next day and feel very dehydrated the whole day and need to drink alot of water. Anyone else get this?
#2
.... its called a hangover....

edit: the dehydration is probably because you have alcohol in your blood and need water to replace it, plus alcohol does not rehydrate your body at all.

Ya like everyone else has said. You have a HANGOVER. Get used to it.

It helps if you drink a big glass of water before you go to bed. noob.

lol, ahh kids and their alcohol. Have a galss of water after every second drink and that won't happen in the morning. Also, the water will calm the morning headache and gut-rot. Yu might have to drink an extra 3 or 4 drinks to get as drunk but you won't feal it in the morning

Just wait 2 years my friend, and you will feel our pain. I didn't get hangovers untill I was about 17/18, and up till that point I was taking the piss out of all my friends for having them. Guess the jokes on me now eh?
#16
what do you mean? theres no age limit for hangovers.. i get them sometimes (im 17). got htem when i was 16 and before.. not everyone gets hangovers, just as not everyone gets sick when they drink.

its dehydration. for some reason i doubt you even drink that often, because being thirsty the next morning is like a given, if you drank at all.. so either you're BSing us, or you're just an idiot.

its really strange, I never used to hangovers unless I got OVER drunk but now I get them over drinking a slight amount, last time I had a bottle of water before bed and I didn't feel anything but might of been coinsodence.
