i want to learn some country songs
you know the typical telecaster country licks sound
but i dont really know where to start
any song suggestions?

well i think the treble is kinda high in country, but to get a country sound its really how play the guitar
Keith Urban is pretty good too, and he has some nice solos

Edit: also "The Dance"- Garth Brooks, not only is it a good song, but you might score some girls too.
Im also interested in learning some Chet Atkins as well, so what are some good songs of his to learn besides Wildwood Flower?

Look up some Brent Mason and Will Ray. And if you want an easy start, the solo and lead guitar sections of Brad Paisley's "little moments" should be pretty easy to grasp. Scale up by looking into some Vince Gill as well.
