yeah so ive been doing ab exercises lately at the gym and im getting them in the upper area and lower but absolutley no abs in the middle. what exercises can i do to get abs in the middle? cause if i keep doing what im doing i would look pretty ****ed.
Leg raises, incline sit ups (make sure you focus on lower abs). Make sure you do cable crunches too event hough they work your upper abs
I do leg raises and inclined situps. i got the lower abs but nothing in the middle
