They're not talking about hardcore punk, they're talking about "hardcore." It has little in common with its roots in the '80s.

I recently got The Price of Existence as well, it is damn good. I think Wage Slaves has a better intro though. MORE COWBELL!

Alaska wins, as does Heretics & Killers. Giles by Unearth is pretty sweet, and even though I don't like the band, the "BLOOOOOOOOOOOD!" at the beginning of JFAC's Entombment of a Machine is great. Any Red Chord song, but especially Dreaming In Dog Years...uh...43% Burnt...I can't think of any more.

My weirdest dream would have to be when I dreamed that I met this chick I really liked and wanted to practice sex, so I practiced on some guy I met at a gas station...that was pretty screwed up.

Lol, I keep on thinking it's "BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW RIIIIIIIICE!," like in the interpretation video.

Anyways, I like the intro to "Mordecai." Odd, eh? I don't know, just like how it starts out a bit 'jazzy' and going into being heavy.
