If you run, there's a Marine Cadence cd out there that's really good. It keeps you on pace and gives you a rhythm to step to.

by metallica. usually ido like 10 pushups back then. then my radio station in vancouver had this thing called mandatory metallica where they play a metallica song every night at 10pm, so i listened to then started playing air guitar with my mini hockey stick and headbanging and i was so pumped up during the solo i just dropped down and did like 20 pushups. SHit.
