Ive put a pickup in my accoustic, but because some of the strings arn't the correct material, Only some strings are picked up. To over come this, can i stick electric guitar strings on the accoustic?

just get a set of all nickel acoustic strings.
A recent study shows that 8% of teenagers listen to nothing but music with guitars in it. Put this in your sig if you're one of the 92% who isn't a closed-minded moron.

you want to make sure the strings u select, are close in gauge to the ones on there now, or u might notice dramatic action changes.
