I have a vox 30w amp, i bought it new and im having problems making the sound i want. I play a schecter c-1 plus and when i play, the sound has a scratchy jubled almost static sound. what i was origionally looking for was to play certain chords and such to songs from like blink-182 and the other favorite technique of mine, the blues. im finding that when i play punk rock chords, and more than one string in the blues, the amp makes that scrachy almost staic sound mentioned aove. does anyone have any preferable settings to stop this?

thanks.

a static noise might be caused by a bad guitar cable or a loose guitar input.

not sure what u mean by scratchy noise.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
