Beginning sounds like stairway to heaven lol, but its Ok.

The song as a whole sounds realy natural and relaxed to listen to, asif it is moving and going somewere. It sounds a bit like a mix between the eagles and the dire straights now and then hehe, i liked it

Yea, it might be because its a chromatic chord progression, and i believe stairway to heaven is the same. BTW i listened to your tunes and i really like them! nice tight sound your band has... and they sound, both good at and bad at the same time..(don't really know how to explain it)...i think it was bad mics, but good mixing maybe?

This is catchy. It does remind me of stairway to heaven, but mixed with hotel california and horse with no name and random santana thrown in it. It is like a mixture of latin, classic rock, country, and jazz. I think it's cool. Do you have a synth or something in there giving it that spacy effect or what? Good job. Keep it up. Vox would be awesome in this song and a rockin' chorus might really add to it. I think you should continue that end part, segue it back into the main part of the song and then end with a bang. Good job. Mind critting mine? https://www.ultimate-guitar.com/forum/showthread.php?t=522091

Very nice. Indeed, the intro does make me think about a mix between Stairways and Hotel California.. Keep up the good job

the intro did remind me of hotel california a little bit but thats alright cause i love that song.
and the rest of the song is just great, definately something i would put on when i just wanna relax and chill out.

hey, this is pretty sweet. I like the little clean riff at the beginning, however I do not like the tone. Bring out the lows in it more. The strings kind of caught me off guard in a good way. Didn't expect them but they give the song a richer and more deep tone. The acoustic is recorded very well. Nice tone, what did you record it with?. That slide riff needs to be cleaned up a bit. It would be kinda cool if you used a glass slide to make the slide sound better. I just didnt like the riff. The drums sound great, the tone is fantastic on them. That little clean solo ditty sounded pretty week. You need to record that again i think. I didn't like the very end. The guitar that ends it wasn't really my stlye. And i thought the ending note was very poor choice.

Overall, its a decent song. I definently loved the vibe of it but it has a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. Just clean it up and it should be great.

Added more stuff to it!! (still needs an overdriven guitar at 2:07ish & finish the end little lead part so it has the purdy cadence) but my guitar is currently at a friends house >_< so i cant do that till later, but until then how does it compair? better? worse?
