I got my LTD MH400NT today, but as I was playing I heard a buzz near the top and I was wondering, is this normal on new guitars? Or should I bring it to the shop and make them fix it? I really don't know, cause it's the first time I ever bought a brand new guitar (I played 3 years with a copy).

The strings sound really crap by the way. Is it because they're just old? Should I replace them, cause I've only had 'm for like 5 hours.
thx

(sorry about my english, I'm Belgian...we make great waffels)

To me, if I can't hear the string buzz through my amp, I don't care. Did you get the guitar at a local shop? If so, then most likely the strings are old and you'll need to buy some new ones.
