So apparently there's this new musical based on "The Life of Brian", has anyone seen it?

I haven't heard of it, not yet anyways. Only heard of Spamalot. Is it Eric Idle writing it?

I don't like musicals at all, but perhaps this one is worth sneaking in to. Where are they playing it?

Life Of Brian is a film by Monty Python.

Yeah I read about it a few days ago. Spamalot is meant to great so hopefully Eric Idle will succeed with this one aswell.

Spamalot creators Eric Idle and John Du Prez are mining the Monty Python catalog for more as the duo will present "Not the Messiah," a 50-minute oratorio based on the 1979 film "Life of Brian."

So it is idle then. I expected Spamalot to fail, because really you can't capture the essence of Python in a musical written by just one of them. I haven't seen it, but I've heard good reviews. perhaps if this one goes well and either of them come to England I'll watch.

^Spamalot's playing in London I think.

I'm over five hours car journey from London, I'm not that excited about it
