How do I install a killswitch( a switch that turns the signal sent from my guitar on and off) on my guitar like Tom Morello.

You just go to Radioshack or somewhere like that and buy a SPST on-off switch. You then drill a hole in your guitar or the pickguard wherever you want to switch to go.

What type of your guitar is it anyways? What are all the controls (volume, tone, switches) that are on the guitar already?

It's a Squire Affinity fat Strat with two single coils and a humbucker. it has a five way pickup selector switch and one volume and two tone controls.

Fabulous. I already have a diagram (pretty much) custom tailored for you.

In this case, it doesn't matter what the bridge pickup is.

Oh and IMO a momentary SPST switch/button is better because you can go way faster than just with a pickup selector type one.
