Okay, I got a used guitar and it's not exactly clean. How would I go about cleaning the body/neck without messing up the wood? Also, the hardware, would I just use some water, or will it rust? Also, it came with a floyd rose tremolo and all the little turning knobs on the bridge are unscrewed a lot except high e, is this normal?

Thanks a lot, and sorry if this is the wrong section, I also searched and couldn't find what I needed.

just use some specialist guitar polish on the nack and body, use lemon oil for the fretboard and use some kind of metal cleaner for the hardware, but DO NOT use water, yes it will rust
