I would go with Dunlop for wah pedals, I have the original and I love it. However, if you have the money or could find one used, I would buy a Whammy, just because there's so much stuff you can do with it.

The most logical thing to do is to go to your local guitar shop request to try a Crybaby and a Vox and you see which is best for you. I recomend looking at the Vox Clyde McCoy and the Crybably From Hell as both are "high end" wahs for both those makes.

The Whammy II had wah and pitchshifting effects on it. You can pick one up on ebay for like $150, maybe even cheaper.

So you reckon the whammy mite be better as then I can do wah as well as loads of other cool effects

Depends what styles you play.

You! List your effects now!

(I asked you in another thread, but you never read it)

The Vox suits most styles. I have a Dunlop GCB-95 wah, and it is pretty good, but it can tend to vary in sweep, whereas the Vox is more reliable.

Dude...get rid of that GCB95: it's the MG of wah wah's.
