Well, there is a lot of differences. The quality of the materials used(wood etc), The pickups, I think the studio uses 498T/490R, while the Standard uses BurstBucker Pro 5's. The Standard has bindings, and different colour options.

standards have better pickups and such in them and htey also have body and neck binidings as the studio doesnt..... generally, if you increase money they are "better," but you can never be sure with gibson..... its mostly just differences in pickups and other hardware / wood type
