To those of you who work out, how much do you max out at on benchpress and what is your age/height/weight?
I bench 205 at 6'1, 190 (18 yrs.), nothing special but I'm working on it.
I'm a rockstar without the skills, fame, or income.

hmm, im 21, 6 foot, weigh about 220, bench about 330, i benched bout 350 at the end of college last year but im deployed right now so..... yea. and also, i figure im not going to lift forever so what is the point of benching 400 pounds and getting bigger when i will just have to burn the extra weight back off because you dont maintain that strength unless you lift. so i am in the stage now of losing some weight and lifting higher reps at a lil less weight. that way i can get a little more cut, i will try to maintain about 330 or so bench though. when i am lifting for strength i usually gain about 5 pounds on my max every week.

I take a weight lifting class at school. I haven't maxed out on bench in a while though, I think I am this week though.

15, 5'9, 150. i've never maxed out but i do 3 sets of 10 at 105 lbs 2-3x a week

When I lifted I could bench about 195-200 max and I am about 5-8 or 5-9 at 130/135 Ibs.

I've never done my one-rep max, but this is what I do for my dumbell chest press:

60's, 10 reps, 2 seconds up/1 second down.

im 14 today i was benching about 40 pounds and the bar was like 25-30 pounds ( it honestly was a huge bar ), but i only did that much for reps. I can do 90 - 100 mostly. Im pretty weak actually compared to most kids in my class/school

oh ya i weigh 149 pounds and im 5 8

I don't know exactly, because I don't really use free weights. All I know is that the machine I have has a bench function and I max out at 2 weights below the whole rack. I don't know the exact weight because the individual weights aren't labeled. I'm 5'10" and about 150 pounds.

6'0 135 lbs.

My max is 160. I've done 170 last summer but I can't do it now. I'm working my way towards about weighing 165-170 lbs with a max bench of 200+.

I'm 16 years old.
I'm about 6 foot 2 inches.
I weigh about 150 pounds.
And I could max out at 145 pounds benching probably. Maybe a little more right now.

I'm in a Strength and Fitness class at school. It helps.

I haven't lifted since mid December, but this week I'll be getting back into the weight room every monday, wednesday, and friday probably.

hopefully by april I'll be able to:
bench max : 145-155lbs
squat max : 200-210 lbs
dead lift max : 270-285 lbs
clean max : 120-130 lbs
