well, it allows you to use this pedal without ruining your guitar's natural sound.

The MOST transparent guitar effects pedal !!!
Tone is all ...... well probably 75%, in your fingers.
The rest depends on your wallet's thickness !!

Keep the faith, baby!!

I want one, so when people ask how i get my tone i can show it to them and be like "this is the big secret to my tone right here, but i cant tell you exactly what it does or else id have to kill you"

When you turn it on, it makes you play in Japanese.

Obviously.

ah of course, it's full of tiny Japanese pixies that sing everytime you play a note...they use them in dance music to make the singer sound like a chipmunk!

I've got two of these things on my pedalboard. Really underated effect. Stomp on it and you've got that tone. You know, that Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Kerry King, Korn, glassy, warm tone, you know? It's true bypass as well so it doesn't suck your tone dry!

if you need a longer cable, but you only have 2 short ones, that thingy kinda connects the 2 cables up to form a longer cable :P
Peavey 5150, LTD EX400BD, tubescreamer, and a whole lotta fingers

Maybe its a cable extender?

Or, it's a new brand of multi FX pedal that has over 1,000,000 different presets.

it looks like it has random holes in the wires insulation, which would make the pedal susceptible to picking up EM interference and making random electrical noises, thats probably what the pedal is designed to do, cool idea actually.

Actually it might be useful.
Lets say you've got two 20ft cable but you want a 40ft. Instead of buying another cable you just get one of those. Not exactly cost efficient at that price but if it were cheaper it would help.

i translated some korean for you guys about this:

It will buy recently and will be difficult and it is a unit which is the possibility of getting a range feeling and the harmonic which are unique the Bin mote [ci] musical instrument and console back has even with only the fact that 40~50's it uses and connects Bin mote [ci] Western Electric Wire.

If only only the other knows uses in all musical instruments, it displays a fine effect. (To connect always immediately before the amplifier, to use. Is and if/it connects an out in opposition, serviceable. When it does like that and the middle musical range unit a little becomes cut. It follows in the sign, to use)

it doesnt really make since but hey...i tried

There's no other possible explanation! Good Idea (sorry if it sounds sarcastic)
Why is it $169 though, I could make one. I'll start a thread in the gb&c thread.
