Probably a DS-1
Seriously, I'm assuming you meant "which Wah is the better effect?"...
I would say something cheap and used by Dunlop like a Crybaby will do.

well i know a wah pedal, so lemme rephrase: what's the best wah pedal to get?

I have the same question.

I can decide over

Crybaby
Blues Bawls snarling dogs
and the Weeping Demon.

Im about to go with the blues bawls but i havent heard anything about it.

Buy both pickups. Rub icyhot on both of them. Sandwich your penis between them and walk to the nearest homeless shelter with your brand new icyhot penis sandwich.

Crybaby From Hell > Vox Wah >> Crybaby (normal)

Don't know about the Buddah wahs, which seem pretty popular nowadays.

I like the Zakk Wylde Crybaby, but i know i'm alone in this. Try the Crybaby and the Vox. They both work, and it is really east to change one into the other one for a change of pace.

i would go with the vox over a crybaby if you want a really buttery sound. ive used both and i find that there is a smoother transition when you kick the pedal on with the vox. however, i feel like the crybaby definitely has a little bit more range, which is nice. as it was stated before, the crybaby can be a little harsh sometimes. i would probably get one a wah that allows you to adjust the frequencies it operates between.... i know that dunlop makes one, and the weeping demon is also adjustable.

Vox V847, although I have to admit I haven't tried any of the more fancy wah's (Fulltone etc.), which are probably better.
