Does anyone have any firsthand and ear knowledge of Kramer's Striker bass?
Thanks, Bruce

Well I'm not quite sure on what they sound like (its been awhile) However if its one of the older Kramer guitars its probably put together decently and of decent quality, too. I played one a few years ago back when I started playing bass and liked it quite a bit but when I came back with money a couple weeks later it was gone.

In case you haven't looked, here's the harmony central reviews for some Kramer basses.

I played a Striker 700 a while ago. It was a fairly nice bass, with decent construction and sound, but I didn't like the neck on it. I don't know why, it just didn't agree with me. If you find one fairly cheap, it may be worth picking up.

Sounds to me like an excuse.
