the first part at 2:13 is (mostly) D major pentatonic

then a piano solo or something (yawn)

then at 2:25 is the part I'm guessing you're talking about. It starts off with an unusual lick. Maybe that's the part that's throwing you. Here's my stab at it:

---------------------------------------
-----10-12b---10-12-10---13b-
--s11--------------------------------
---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------
---------------------------------------

Both bends are whole step. Immediately after last note above its right into D minor pentatonic as you mention.

For fingering, this may seem counter-intuitive, but try third (ring) finger for first bend, then for -10-12-10- try first and SECOND (middle) finger (not ring finger) for the 12th fret ... then back to ring finger for bend on 13th fret, which puts you in standard D minor penta box pattern for finishing rest of lick.

as to where the heck those notes come from, well, if you know the CAGED system, try visualizing the underlying shape for A chord (chords underneath this part of solo are A followed by Bm)

or when visualizing underlying A chord, add note on first string, to hear target note of your bend (note you're bending up to)
