I'll always recommend 'The Hermit' by John Renbourn when this comes up, it is managable, but tricky.

Eric Roche also did some great covers and original tracks, but tabs for his stuff are hard to come by and I've only really ever come across them in Guitar Techniques magazine (where he used to write).

Check out some Davey Graham stuff and Bert Jansch and others from that era. There are some harder artists to learn from, like that Tony Emmanuel (maybe Tommy, can't remember) fella, but I don't know how hard you want.

Chet Atkins did a few good tunes as well.
