I have a bruise right on my calf and I have 2 soccer games about 6 hours from now
It pretty much hurts whenever I walk or run.
Since this is the last game of my indoor season
I was wondering how I can stretch or exercise my calf to releave the pain of the bruise for my game
Thanks..

use some chi.... put some chi in a ball and focus it over the bruise, and have some other people do the same. i did it once when i had a bruise that i got 45 minutes before a race, and the bruise went away. however, you could use some ice and advil.

if you just wanna relieve the pain, use some arnica cream (helps bruising) and take some anadin. pain free for a couple of hours.
