I just got mine today and I'm having a hell of a hard time taking them out. Its like they are sticking to my eye, when the doctor showed me how to take them out and I did it in the office it worked fine and painlessly. But now its painful and not working. Any advice?

DO NOT DO IT ENOUGH TO MAKE YOUR EYES TEAR. that will make it way harder to get them out. when i first got them i used my nail to get them out becoz i couldn't get them out with just my fingers.
by now, i can get them out with my eyes closed and my hands tied behind my back.
oh wait, no.
but it gets easier.
also, if it's your first day, you shouldn't have worn them for more than like an hour. if you did, they will be harder and more painful to get out.
