I'm not too sure about this, as I've never had any major problems with the neck of my bass warping. My suggestion is take it to a local music shop and have it looked at.

And @ your signature, do you mean you put SD Quarter Pounders on the Mike Dirnt P-Bass? If you did, than what the hell? The whole point of that bass is the pickups

Take it to a shop to get it looked at. If the truss rod isnt working maybe it's snapped? I dunno
